Take a look at our second Annual Report for Real Pickles Co-operative, featuring highlights of our mission-related work for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015. In this year’s report, we calculated how many miles our vegetables travel on average from farm to fermentation, and fermentation to fork – the answer is: not many! We feature a farmer and a retailer, and report on where the vast majority of our waste goes (to the compost).
