Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 T butter, melted
- 3 T honey
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 2.5 oz Organic Red Pepper Hot Sauce
- butter for the skillet
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add the wet mixture into the dry, stirring just enough to thoroughly combine. Grease a 10-inch skillet with butter, and then heat it in the oven. Pour mixture into the hot skillet (prevents sticking) and bake 25-30 min until the top is golden brown and the center is firm to the touch. Serve warm with Organic Red Pepper Hot Sauce
