Ingredients:
- 1 end to end long slice cucumber
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 1 oz Real Pickles Organic Dill Pickles brine
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1 dash celery bitters
- 1 oz cold water
- 1 3” sprig rosemary, divided
- ice
- tonic water, cold
Directions:
In a coupe, place the long cucumber slice against the glass. Then, set the glass aside. Next, measure into a cocktail shaker the simple syrup, Real Pickles Organic Dill Pickles brine, lime juice, celery bitters, and water. Break the tip off of the rosemary sprig and set it aside for garnish while placing the remaining length into the shaker. Add ice to fill the shaker. Shake the mocktail for 20 seconds. Strain it into the prepared coupe. Fill the glass with tonic water. Garnish with the rosemary tip and serve.
