Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 5 oz. bottle of Real Pickles Red Pepper Hot Sauce
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil – or your favorite high heat cooking oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Cut cauliflower into florets and spread evenly onto your lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
While the cauliflower is baking, whisk the hot sauce, butter, and oil together in a large bowl
After the cauliflower has baked for 20 minutes, toss into the bowl with the sauce and mix well so the florets are fully covered
Spread evenly onto your lined baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes
For crispier bites, broil for the last 5 minutes, or try this recipe in an air fryer!
Serve with blue cheese and celery (optional).
