Serves 12. Vegetarian
- Crusty sourdough baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
- Soft goat cheese
- Organic Beets, well-drained
- Parsley, chopped (opt.)
Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil. Broil for 2-3 min on each side until golden. Let cool. Spread generously with goat cheese and top with Organic Beets. Broil until warm. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
